"I have known Coach Fulvi since the summer before my freshman year of high school. I am now a Division I goaltender for Marist College in New York. I would not have gotten to where I am without him. He made me a better player in every way. Coach Fulvi works with kids not only to improve their skills and basics but also their attitude, work ethic, and confidence. He is completely devoted to his players, working long hours and meeting with student-athletes with a moments notice when needed prior to contests. He did that for me several times and he stuck with me until I improved. It was Coach Fulvi who was the key individual in calling and emailing college coaches during my recruitment process. He has even been in touch with my college coach to see how I am doing. He has put up with my attitude for 5 years now, the good and the bad, and he is simply and plainly a wonderful coach. I wouldn't have even made my high school team, let alone playing on a collegiate team if it wasn't for the inspiration and coaching provided by Rich Fulvi."

"Rich Fulvi is truly an amazing coach. He gave me the encouragement and self confidence that I needed in order to reach my full potential as a lacrosse player. His positive attitude contributed tremendously to our teams' success. He allowed us to understand that mistakes made in the game were completely acceptable and that they were positive learning experiences that we could use to improve upon plays and games in the future. His main priority for his players is to make sure that they have fun and enjoy the game of lacrosse. Rich is truly one of a kind; both as a coach and as a person!" Amanda C.

"Rich,
I just wanted to truly thank you for the coaching, instruction, and support given to Ian. Not only did you improve his skills but your coaching and feedback gave him the confidence and motivation to take his game to the next level. I credit your coaching, especially the individual skills lesson last summer as the extra he needed to get recruited by Rollins College. He has been to various camps but your individual lessons are far more effective and even less expensive than the camps. Please don’t hesitate to have anyone contact Ian or me for a reference..Though he has been recruited he wants you to continue to work with him."
All the best

"My name is Jillian Parker and I currently play D1 lacrosse at Presbyterian College. In the past, I had the distinct pleasure of playing for Rich Fulvi on a select team. I had the opportunity to be coached by Rich for several games and practices, all of which helped me a great deal. I always was a hard worker and an instinctive player, but I often lacked the confidence that my teammates had. Confidence is a huge component of the game, something that is essential to every player in every sport. Rich Fulvi helped me the most on this part of my game. He taught me new dodges and he taught me how to see the field better. He gave me small goals that improved my confidence little by little as I met each goal. He helped me perfect different skills and showed me repeatedly that I can constantly improve and make adjustments to my game, and only then could I dominate on the field. I had dreams but never realized that I would be able to achieve them.
Rich Fulvi showed me that I can; he showed me that I can be better than other girls by practice, hard work, and enthusiasm for the game. One day Rich told me after a game that I was a great defender. Until that point he had never said it, and he was sincere and truly meant it. This one comment meant the world to me. I had never felt like I was a great anything, it certainly never occurred to me that I was great at my position. The next game that day, I went out and played better than I have ever played. Until then I played without confidence, it is all I needed and he gave that to me. He never said you can't do that or you'll never be.... These words were not in his vocabulary; his view is that anyone who has heart and is determined to be a great lacrosse player, will be a great lacrosse player. Then he gives you the tools to do just that. I will forever be grateful for what I have learned from Rich, because I know that one of the main reasons I am where I am is because I had help from an incredible coach."

"On behalf of myself and my two daughters, Rebecca and Amanda, I wish to express my thanks to Mr. Rich Fulvi. Through his Rewards Wolfpack Lacrosse program, Rich has shown what a wonderful and knowledgeable coach can achieve with individuals who are committed to their sport.
Rebecca was my first daughter to join Rich’s team on the Wolfpack and it was immediately noted by her that Rich’s positive coaching style was going to make a terrific impression. It is only through positive reinforcement that Rich guides his athletes to be the absolute best they can be. This is a quality that is rarely seen in coaches today and is a refreshing change.
Next to join would be my freshman daughter Amanda. After watching her sister play for Rich’s team, it was soon clear that Amanda wanted to join the Wolfpack too. Rich has no trouble seeing what each girl’s strengths and weaknesses are and eagerly works with each of them on an individual basis to build their confidence as athletes and help them to improve their overall game performance.
As a coach for my daughters Mr. Rich Fulvi has done a marvelous job and we wish to thank him for all his efforts and dedication in making the Wolfpack team a success."
Sincerely,
